DIY Natural Cellulite Scrub

Pregnancy cellulite is all mummies' nightmare. We call it the orange peel syndrome or the cottage cheese skin. It is most commonly found on the thighs and bottom area. But, it can appear on knees, hips, tummies or even under the arms. I have been looking for a natural non toxin and inexpensive way to get rid of this nemesis.
I am in luck and thanks to Pinterest, I found this natural cellulite scrub that is all natural and inexpensive. The scrub is said to diminish the appearance of cellulite, tighten and tone the look of your skin, exfoliate, and leave your body feeling softer as ever.
Let's get cooking!

Preparation time:
15 minutes

Ingredients:
-1/2 cup used grounded coffee (You can use fresh grounded coffee too)
-1/4 cup sea salt
-1/4 cup brown sugar (any sugar will do, but I would recommend something more finely ground, like  brown sugar, if you have sensitive skin)
-1/4 cup coconut oil  (You can use sweet almond oil too)
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1 tsp vitamin E oil (Optional)

Instructions:
The diagrams as follow will show you how.

Get all the ingredients ready

Get a big bowl and measure all the ingredients according to the recipe
(I am so sorry for the last picture, it is 1/4 cup of olive oil)
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl and store it in a container.

DIY Flower Loom Bookmark

On my first post I made a flower loom hair tie and it is absolutely gorgeous. (Please do not judge me, I did try my best)The flower loom is so easy to make and is so versatile. Then I thought to myself, "Why not make a flower loom bookmark?" - A friendship band and a flower loom. What a great combo and it is so meaningful. It will be a great gift for my girl friends. They will love it.(I hope...)

Let's have some fun!

Crafting Time:
2 lunch breaks (2 hours)
- 1 hour for the making the friendship band
- 1 hour for the flower loom and sewing it together

Ingredients:
- Yarn (I cut the yarn into 4 strands and each is about a meter long)
- Scissors
- 1 ice cream stick (Optional, you can use anything to hold the yarn)
- 1 recycle Sangenic nappybin cassette (Optional, you can use anything to hold the yarn)
- Thread and Needle (to sew the flower loom and friendship band together)
- A book (to measure the length of the friendship band)

Instructions:
The diagrams as follow will show you how.
Have fun crafting!
Tips: Even though the diagrams look complicated, but it isn't. If I can do it, anyone can do it too. Basically, it is using the first strand from the left and tie a knot repetitively with the rest of the strands from left to right. Then repeat the same method on the first strand on the left.
